The Trinity River Blues Society (TRBS) is holding their sixth
North Texas Blues Challenge (NTBC)
on Sunday August 3rd, 2025 

The winners will join other performers that were selected worldwide by their local Blues Societies to participate
in the International Blues Challenge (IBC) being held on Beale Street, Memphis, TN. 2026, (DateTBD) 

The NTBC is a judged event with the following categories:

  • Band (3 or more members)
  • Solo/Duo (Act consist of 1 or 2 members)
  • Youth (All participants must be under 21 years of age.)

This is a Blues Challenge, and part of the criteria the Artists performance will judge is Blues content.

To enter, please complete the online form and submit the entry fee. The entry fee is non-refundable and will go towards travel expenses. TRBS will contribute to your travel fund, but acts must invest in their travels as well.

The application deadline is June 30th, 2025
